Fennel

Spirulina

Spirulina is a blue-green algae called Arthrospira platensis. Besides spirulina’s beautiful color, it's jam-packed with copper, a mineral involved in energy production.

How to prep

  1. 1 Remove lid and discard seal. Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like almond or oat milk).
  2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
