Description

A nod to a classic. We made ours with good-for-you ingredients: broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, cheeze-y nutritional yeast, and sunflower seeds for extra crunch. This bowl is a good source of protein and an excellent source of fiber, too.

Key ingredients

Broccoli

Make broccoli your BFF. The cruciferous, tree-shaped vegetable is rich in vitamins C and K and makes a good source of folate, a B vitamin.

Cauliflower

A serving of cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system, and a good source of folate, which helps maintain a healthy heart.

Sweet Potato

One medium sweet potato makes an excellent source of vitamin A to maintain eye health and a good source of fiber to help with digestion.

Olive Oil

The star of the Mediterranean Diet, extra virgin olive oil provides monounsaturated fats and antioxidant vitamin E.

Tomato

These babies are blowing up with vitamin C and antioxidants, the super goodies needed to boost your immune system and glowing skin to boot.

Nutritional Yeast

Different from baking yeast (hint: it's inactive), nutritional yeast is a plant-based way to add a burst of flavor and bump up the nutritional value of nearly any dish.

How to prep

  1. 1 For microwave (1100W): Remove tray from carton and discard seal. Cook in this tray or transfer to any microwave safe bowl of your choice. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  2. 2 Follow directions carefully. Cook with care & do not leave unattended while cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. 3 Enjoy with caution: contents may be hot.
