    Description

    We started with the memory of a classic apple crumble: cinnamony, a little tart, with the rich creaminess of juuuuuust-melting vanilla ice cream. We built it up with adaptogenic maca (which also adds depth and flavor) and protein-rich pumpkin seeds and chickpeas, then replaced refined sugar with naturally sweet dates, coconut cream, and, of course, apples.

    How to prep

    1. 1 Fill cup to top with your preferred liquid (any liquid works, but we'd go with an option like water or coconut water).
    2. 2 Pour into a blender and blend.
